ENGAGE members earn points by renting with Scootaround Powered by WHILL. These points can then be redeemed for rewards when you shop or rent with us!
ENGAGE member benefits include:
- Use Towards Mobility Product Purchases - Receive special members-only offers.
- Newsletter - Members receive updates with the latest information from Scootaround Powered by WHILL and partners in the ENGAGE community right to their inbox! Get useful information on accessible travel, products, and current promotions.
- My Account Customer Login - Members can login to their personal Scootaround account and update their profile information, email preferences and even view their order history.
- ENGAGE Points - Members can earn points with each rental.
- Exclusive Offers & Discounts - Members receive exclusive access to special offers and discounts through our Connect Business Partners.
ENGAGE Points
ENGAGE Points are the currency of the ENGAGE loyalty program. Earn points every time you rent from us, then redeem your points for rewards when you shop or rent with us!
It’s free to sign up. Once you join, you’ll begin earning ENGAGE Points right away. It’s that easy! Once you've collected 200 ENGAGE Points, you can start redeeming them for rewards, or keep saving them for an even bigger reward.
How do I earn ENGAGE Points?
For every dollar you spend with Scootaround Powered by WHILL, you receive ENGAGE Points! Each rental dollar earns you 1 point (excluding Cancellation Protection Policies, Equipment Protection Plans, delivery/pickup fees, and taxes).
ENGAGE member benefits include:
- Mobility Rentals - Earn points by completing a mobility equipment rental with Scootaround Powered by WHILL. All types of devices are eligible, including scooters, wheelchairs, and powerchairs. For every dollar you spend on mobility equipment rentals (excluding Cancellation Protection Policy, Equipment Protection Plan, delivery/pickup fees, and taxes), you earn 1 point.
- Other Promotions - Members can also earn points through various Scootaround special promotions that we run during the year. Watch for additional promotions offered on our rental special offers page or through our Connect Business Partners.
Can a group or organization earn ENGAGE Points?
Do my ENGAGE Points ever expire?
No! As long as you're an ENGAGE Member, your points are valid and will remain for your use. If you decide to accumulate points over an extended period of time for a larger reward, your points will be there for you.
How do I redeem ENGAGE Points?
You can redeem your points through our call center or online (coming soon)!
What can my ENGAGE Points be used for?
Use the following tables to view eligible discounts for redeeming your accumulated points. ENGAGE points cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other discount or promotion.

*Only one rental discount can be applied per order. Maximum redemption of 3000 points. ENGAGE points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Please note that our ENGAGE Point values have changed. If you are already an Engage Loyalty Member, you should notice the changes in your personal portal. Your new point total will represent the same value that your old total represented.
