It depends on the type of rental. For most hotel and cruise rentals, we can deliver your scooter directly to the hotel bell desk or cruise stateroom/terminal under your name, so you don’t need to be present.
For equipment being delivered to a home, residence, or vacation rental property, someone will need to be available to receive the equipment. We’ll confirm the delivery details and any required time window with you in advance.
